It's Official...

Bought a ticket. But damn,I shouldn't have lagged. It was oh, 10:05 by the time I got in.In that space of time, using "Get whatever the hell you can" I was only able to get:
Let's see...
Seat location: section LL21, row 7, seat 8

The IpayOne which IS the Sports Aroma. I didn't know the name had been changed.Shows you how out of touch I am with seeing shows there. The last time had been Page/Plant.
Was unhappy with the seats, I'd been in the nosebleed section behind the stage. It felt like an off night. Jimmy Page wasn't playing his own leads/solos.
Anyway, I believe I'm closer than the very last rows behind the stage up near the ceiling. That was as far away as you can get.
I'll have to go scrutinize the chart.
*note* That last paragraph was worded so that one got the wrong impression about seating. This ticket is on the floor, but back far from the stage. At least it's not behind the stage and back up in nosebleed land, like P/P.

Hi Lisa,
oh, I'm the first this time.
Great for you to got tickets. Here in Europe the ticket prices are not so high like in the USA. I don't why. In this days I have no much time to write on blogs, because my kids and I are sitting every free time together and I help with school things. My son is writing tomorrow his first english test at the new school. I hope it will be good.
Wish you a good time.
Love and peace
Stefan

Hi Stefan! It's good that you are spending your time where it counts- with your kids. That's nice to hear!
I hope your son "aces" the test. :)
When you can, make a new blog post.:D

Hi Lisa,

Congrats on getting a ticket! I took a peek at Ticketmaster today [even though I can't afford to spend another Who-penny for a few months] and it looked like San Diego was a little cheaper than some of the other tour stops. I'm not familiar with that arena, but I hope you got a good seat.

I drove out to Palm Springs to see them last Saturday and it was fantastic. They played a fairly small outdoor tennis arena. I think that's going to have to last me for a while ...

... unless there are still tickets left in February and I scrounge up some more Who money!

Congrats again -- I'm happy for you!

Aw, thanks Gina! Yep, it's that time
again already. Birthday time.
Remember when they took forever to come around? And they were occasions that you looked forward to, eagerly? Of course that's why they took forever to come around ...:)

Now they come around far too quickly, and I dread them. And of course those also go hand- in- hand.

Happy early birthday! What a great gift to give yourself. You deserve it.

After a certain point birthdays aren't the joy they used to be, but life goes on. Enjoy every day.

Have a great day and be happy!

Good wishes,
Chris

I think Pete should get you a special backstage pass for all your contributions to TBWHM, just based on number of posts, you should be in the front row. Work it.

Now I am with you on that idea, Gary!
And I would if I could work it :)
Thanks for the lovely idea, anyway.
Quite a few of us deserve the passes, I think.
