I've thus far been spared of getting my heart broken, but I think everyone can imagine (if not actually know without experience) something of what it feels like to love greatly and then lose that. This is a fantastic song, absolutely absolutely beautiful. Very glad you put the lyrics in part 1, too, helps a non-native English speaker.
Btw, that's what I like in your covers. You play them like you feel them, rather than try a note perfect copy of the original. Your way is the only way a cover version can work and makes any sense.
Thanks, EL, I agree totally about covers, heheh obviously lol. And yep, that song like I said, the words, I looked at Eddie Vedder totally differently after that. Not just a great vocalist, but as a great song writer, also. And someone who knew what loss and grieving are about. Be glad you haven't had it happen. I hope it never does, although I do hope you find your true love. :)
Only have a second here... Why have you stopped doing originals? I'm requesting you write something! That's my request! (I'll write you lyrics, I'll make you a CD cover... whatever you like, just KEEP WRITING! It's a good release...)
Hi Jack! Nah, I'm still doing originals, I'm just not going to post them publicly in progress anymore. I went on a whole rant in my last post, explains it. It's nothing personal, believe it or not ( gotta read the rant). Actually, that's just it - too personal.:)
Hi Chris and Molly! Chris - that JussPress makes it embarrasingly easy, I'm telling you. Just a drag and drop of your jpg or avi, they do the rest. And thanks for the kind words! Molly - Nah, I didn't make it either, got caught up here, and then it was over before I knew it! The Attic time flew by so fast! But also I had things I had to do yesterday, after that, Ugh. I'm sorry I missed it. I do like the chats. :) xoxoLisa

I rather liked what you said at the end ;)

I don't see clear reasons... why?

Beautiful ending! So honest.
Great posts. You have a Stevie Nicks quality of honesty and directness.
You are very hi-tech with your video posts. I can barely add a photo to my blog without exploding.
STUNNING pic of you!!
What happened to you in the chat? Or did I miss you all together?
X-Molly
