Hey Claire! me too!Thanks!
I just pulled a switcheroo just now,
removed the two I'd put up earlier
with a couple I did just a few mintues ago.Check out the second one, the most recent -I'm actually kinda proud of that one.:) I think it's cool because
it really is all original. The rhythm,
lead, whatever. Heheh! I'm so tickled
over my new guitars. :)

Lisa,
You can Jam in my studio any time. I think you have been holding out on us.
I have an old peavey guitar. They make some damn nice guitars.

Hey cool, Joe! Thank you so much, that means a lot! Heheh,
I'm just having sooo much fun with that Peavey!
I yanked one of the two clips, left the better one up.That second one.
Thanks for listening to it, I know they are full of mistakes, but as you know I'm actually looking for things to put into a lead. There will be a conglomerate, structured, practiced lead out of all of this mess.
As I'm sure you could relate, this is " riff discovery period", where I find riffs that might sound good for an eventual solo/lead for that ancient blues song o' mine.
Ya gotta admit this double webcam
track is funny. I'm recording the rhythm on cam, then playing it back from my logitech pictures folder,
and recording with the cam at the same time! lolol xoxoLisa
I'm probably going to try and pull off a better practice and post another later. This peavey is just too fine.:)

nabonidus,

You had some good moments there. Almost blues-y.

Over the next little while I'm going to be posting musical theory lessons on the Jazzblog, underneath each week's Jazzman article. I'm hoping that this will help everyone with the basic "idea" of music, how it is structured, and how it can be played with. Please let me know if they help you with the way you think about what you are doing.

I'm glad the Phi stuff did. That's cool. I'd honestly rather be the person who inspired something great than someone who did something great. It's just fun to put a little notion out there and see where other people take it.

And regarding:
"Ooooh! Before I forget! If you chat again, be careful. There's been a troll in there the past couple chats. He was there when you were there recently, and I didn't say anything but I kinda
said "no, don't" when you were going to tell a little bit more about yourself.Don't know if you remember that."

The trolls can come get me, and good luck to 'em! I've spent my whole life in music and now film, I have a pretty thick skin. Thankyou for the warning, though. It's interesting how some people have to be when they get behind a computer screen.

Keep at it! As the theory lessons get a bit more involved I'll put some stuff up about different soloing techniques. Heck, maybe I'll even give you an exercise to try! ;)

Thanks, Mary Beth!
Heheh, check out my updated profile
description and the question they ask you. I had fun with my profile today.
It's terrible how I make myself laugh.I'm probably the only person that thinks my dumb jokes are funny. :)lollol Actually, I got an email yesterday from someone in Mexico-I'm not entirely sure they know I'm joking in my profile. Where I say how I'm breathtaking, and humble.
Anyhoo. I need to go visit everyone's blogs, I'm slacking.

And Jack! I'm not worried about you with trolls! Hell, no!lolYou? No.
I'm more worried about stalkers. This one is the same one all along, stalking/trolling those certain people. I've had too many problems with stalkers in my life. I have radar about that. This is a stalker.
At least online and possibly more.So be careful about that one in particular, I probably shouldve been more clear about that. lolol
I definitely don't doubt your skills making minced meat out of regular
trolls. xoxoLisa

But I'm going to mention that I like the idea of you giving me guitar exercises, that would be rad!

Yay Mary Beth!!!You got my sense of humor- I swear,I was laughing so hard just now, I slapped my leg!
I'd forgotten I did that yesterday, as a lark. I'd gotten a couple of emails recently from people, I wasn't so sure they'd gotten the original joke there. It was a joke, people ( the "I'm beautiful and humble" comments).
So I elaborated yesterday.:D I also changed the question, that weird question they give you. Heheheheh.
Cool, I'm glad you "got' my sense of humor. Yay!

Cool groove. Keep it up.

About the Journey. Yup, it's a "story". Lets say it is "a walking contradiction partly truth and partly fiction." To quote Kristopherson.
