Sorry I don't know the chords either.

Pete has posted that the BASEMENT JAM - Four hour show will be looped starting 16:00 UK time Friday 9th December. Running 24/7 until further notice. So, I suggest a Sunday chat at Ballerina Gurl's. Please let me know what you think and if you would like to join us? I will be posting the time as soon as possible. Thanks!

Sorry, the delete was me. I had a frickin' mental moment and copied and pasted more than I wanted too. Sorry!

Peace, love and light.

Pete said he even goes there to get lyrics and such. Almost every WHO tune is tabbed on this site.

Bad? No way! Keep in mind those two horrible cover versions of Who songs that I won't mention by name here. It's really a great thing you are sharing the videos with everyone.

Hey, thanks you guys! I swear,
it's your encouraging comments that keep me trying to play, and learn more. So many times I''ve thought about yanking these various clips, only to find supportive comments left here that cheer me on!I was a little
worried what you'd say, EL, but you're right, I'd not known the horrors of certain cover until today.Suddenly this didn't sound so bad. lol

Ok, up very late as usual (almost 3 a.m. here) but I've never been a 9 - 5 person and thankfully my job allows me to choose my schedule...In a way I think there's no good or bad with the videos of the type you so generously share with other bloggers. That's because it's all about the love of music. Of course, there's no sense in comparing oneself to the master. I was listening to the Lifehouse Chronicles just recently, and the demo of Bargain is just unbelievably good....

So let's see...you are about 10 hrs ahead of us, wow!
And it really is about the love of music.
And you know, Pete musically intimidated me so much that it is only lately that I hesitantly try this cover,I remember almost 20 years ago
trying to play along with his stuff and getting into a state of despair at how bad I was. So this is like a major breakthrough, to even be able to play this little bit!

Actually I think Pete is the last person to demand allegiance to authorities - in this case himself. I don't know if you read his article from a few years ago which appeared in the Guardian or some such British newspaper (still on his website: eelpie > media, if i remember right). It was in response to some music critic that criticized pop musicians about daring to go to the area of classical music and ended in him suggesting stuffing a flute inside a critic (that's our polite Pete :)). The gist of it was that artists in pop music must in all cases do exactly what they want, and that there's nothing wrong with borrowing from others but that you can never borrow from yourself. So, the point in this is that I think that if Pete ever wandered in your blog and watched this bit of video he'd just be delighted that you're just going with it and doing it for the love of music.
